What services do you provide?

Our services include marketing and promotion of rental occupancy, 24 hour assistance, scheduling and overseeing of out-sourced services, repairs and remodels, accounting of rental income and expenses, housekeeping, maintenance, and concierge services. Anything your home, your family, and your guests may need.

What is the Property Preservation Program?

Our Property Preservation Program is for homeowners who live in North Idaho seasonally, those who vacation regularly, or some that may need an extra hand with their responsibilities at home. We offer weekly visits where we meet with scheduled repairs, provide inspections, and attend to any needs of the homeowner. Our detailed home inspections ensure the home is preserved and all preventative maintenance is performed. Concierge services are also offered to those enrolled in this program.

What concierge services do you offer?

Our concierge services include shuttles to and from Spokane International Airport and Schweitzer Mountain Resort, grocery delivery, laundry services, dinner and activity reservations, shipping and receiving of packages, and tangible donations or handling of large refuse items. Feel free to ask if you are in need of services not listed. 

Which areas of North Idaho do you service?

Our office is located in beautiful downtown Sandpoint though our services also extend to the neighboring towns of Sagle, Clark Fork, Bayview, Hope, Dover, and Priest River. Mileage reimbursement is charged at $1.65 per mile for weekly and emergency check-ins. Homes located outside of these areas are considered on a case-by-case basis. 

Do you offer housekeeping and maintenance?

We offer exclusive in-house housekeeping and maintenance to our clients and our managers are on call 24 hours a day in case of emergency. 

What if I need a professional contractor?

In many instances a licensed professional contractor will be necessary for major repairs and remodels outside the abilities of our company. In these cases, we are able to connect you with trusted, reputable companies for these projects.  Idaho Life Property Management will schedule the contractor, provide their entry, oversee planning and construction, then inspect and approve the final project. We keep detailed logs and photos to communicate with the homeowner so they can be included even from afar.
