ILPM schedules and provides preventative services for your home. Your seasonal servicing of appliances, heating and cooling systems, generators, and hot tubs as well as pest control, snow removal, home winterizing, housekeeping, and landscaping will be on regular maintenance schedules and performed during hours that fit your schedule. Each service will be monitored by our management team to ensure completion and professionalism.

Other preventative services provided in-house are testing and replacement of detector batteries and fire extinguishers and remote monitoring of cameras and home sensors.

Our risk assessment service begins with monthly detailed inspections inside and outside your home and property looking for leaks, flooding, mold, old or missing caulking or grout, signs of pests, trees that are at risk of causing damage, and any other noticeable issues that pose an immediate risk to your safety or the safety of your home.

Idaho does endure times of extreme weather. In the hot summer months where temperatures climb over 100 degrees, your plants may be in need of some extra water and you may need an air conditioner or fans placed in areas of your home. Before and after a windstorm, your property and belongings may need to be anchored or safely placed in a protected area and any debris or downed trees may need to be cleaned up and removed. ILPM is ready for it all but the weather we are most concerned about is during the winter months (if your home is unoccupied) where temperatures drop below 20 degrees. Our protocol is as follows:

When forecasted low temperatures fall below 20 degrees for 2 or more consecutive days we will follow our proprietary inspection protocol. Contact us if you want more information on this, but it includes regular site visits, monitoring of thermostats, Eyes on water valves, inspection of roof areas for ice dam buildup, and more.

All corrective services are in addition to our service agreement contract. Services totaling over $250 will receive prior authorization from you, the homeowner. Our in-house corrective services include:
